Work included pioneering an innovative solution that fused Lifecycle Assessments with Cradle to Cradle processes to work with MI's vision for the Circular Carbon Economy.

Interim lead for the globally recognized team of assessors in the Cradle to Cradle Certified® program. Includes wide-ranging aspects in corporate operations with special attention to contracts, agreements, budgets and productivity. Includes leading the implementation and modernization of project management and chemical database systems, including AI tools.

Founded and built award-winning multidisciplinary firm focused on launching new consumer technologies and brands. Functioning as "Department of Innovation" for many long-term clients, including Seventh Generation, Bausch & Lomb, Li & Fung, Trek, Panasonic, J&J, Nike, and Stefan Sagmeister. Primary focus is invention development and launching of innovative product platforms. Work includes extensive international manufacturing leadership and intensive integrations with clients along with their vendors and staff.

Through Designbox, this collaboration with world-renowned William McDonough is to pioneer design innovation with leading sustainable practices in sustainable products and packaging. Projects focus on Cradle to Cradle certified products and strategies to disrupt corporate culture with "products with a conscience." Collaborations have included Fetzer Wine, Johnson & Johnson, C&A Foundation, and Sabic.

Leading the team in developing technology for global plastic collection programs. Included leading the development of innovative software and hardware systems to process materials, capture plastic credits, business model refinement, supply chain development and scaling the enterprise.

Director of an A$5m federal grant to address plastic pollution with remote and vulnerable communities through building deployable micro-recycling factories.

Federally-funded, one-year residency at Australia's leading business incubator to develop knowledge in design thinking, social impact, and advanced manufacturing. Several initiatives were launched with staff including:
• Pioneering a landmark "pre-accelerator" program that blends online, workshop and mentoring systems into a unique offering that is deployable across local, regional and aboriginal communities.
• Curriculum in design thinking was developed and taught across a wide variety of locations.
• Reframing of the intensive overall Educate 2.0 program
• Lectures, talks, workshops across Australia in design and Inventive Culture
• Developing linkages between UOW and other universities (including NCSU) and international accelerators
• Mentoring resident and regional start-up businesses on design, manufacturing, sustainability and social impact.

Cofounded a startup focused on harvesting ocean debris to make durable and useful products. Included working with leading designers, implementing leading sustainability practices, building new international supply chains and advocating for global change in design and use of plastics. As of 2019, remain as a shareholder and Board Member.

Concepted and built a new program entitled "Social Innovation Fellowship" which straddles across multiple technical and liberal arts colleges to focus on mentoring students to launch meaningful projects in social innovation.
