• Created "Boost Week" campaign as a means to increase sell-thru on core footwear without eroding perception of the product. It was one of the most successful campaigns on adidas.com, which then became a key activation for years to follow.

• Sourced the first ever Kid's specific in-store display unit to display mini-tracksuits, onesies, and exclusive products I had selected for the market. Kid's performance skyrocketed, allowing me to continue to test & grow the assortments across our fleet.
• Managed 3rd Party Master Data for core vendors like Lollytogs & SLD from sku creation to UPC & sizing assignments. These quick turn areas required a deep understanding of SAP-AFS to quickly address errors at POS. My expertise led me to being the on-call support for most holidays.
• Created the first assortment template using system extracts & merchandise calculations to reduce the manual workload across merchandisers & increase visibility to products being offered across the Globe.
