NA eCommerce Product Data and Content Manager PIM System Architect
• Pioneered first SAP and DAM integrated PIM via Salsify in support of syndicating content and data to DTC sites, key accounts, and internal tools for US, Mexico, and Canada

• Developed the tools and processes for maintaining taxonomy, assortment, pricing, and new product launches for these channels from new product to Black Friday sales
• Defined launch steps and go-live readiness reporting including hype launch management and product launch calendar creation
• Supported functionality development for apps, consumer journey and metadata management needs
• This included pre-season forecast analysis of planned sku's, inventory tracking, launch date management, product & marketing imagery validation, metadata tagging, and enrichment of PDP content for launch.
• Monitored launch performance from sell-through to consumer feedback and relayed to cross-functional leadership to support adjustments to campaigns, inventory, and future buy planning.
• Created single-point-of-truth Campaign calendar for cross-functional partners to see seasonal view of all campaigns & launches along with status of product delivery, content creation and forecasts.
• Identified appropriate launch mechanisms (Closed Group Sales, Hype 2.0, Waiting Room) per the expected sales velocity, system capability & hype.
• Through analysis of product & trend I defined regional & seasonally relevant assortments, increasing the running footprint of our Brand and exceeding sales targets.
• Created "Boost Week" campaign as a means to increase sell-thru on core footwear without eroding perception of the product. It was one of the most successful campaigns on adidas.com, which then became a key activation for years to follow.
• Identified as a core contributor for the Global to Local reorganization defined by adidas HQ. Collaborated with Senior leadership to plot all seasonal milestones for GTM from product creation to launch. This was an E2E review of required documentation, meetings and handshakes for a season that was shared across the Globe.
• Collaborated with Store managers regularly to identify opportunities within their assortments, physical space & signage enabling proactive adjustments to plans.
• Invited by adidas HQ to develop the first Assortment Planning tool for the Globe, including core calculations & metrics for creating a bottoms up assortments tied to systems financial targets. The tool was rolled out to 6+ countries including NA, where I trained users on the tool which we successfully used for years.
• Sourced the first ever Kid's specific in-store display unit to display mini-tracksuits, onesies, and exclusive products I had selected for the market. Kid's performance skyrocketed, allowing me to continue to test & grow the assortments across our fleet.
• Managed 3rd Party Master Data for core vendors like Lollytogs & SLD from sku creation to UPC & sizing assignments. These quick turn areas required a deep understanding of SAP-AFS to quickly address errors at POS. My expertise led me to being the on-call support for most holidays.
• Created the first assortment template using system extracts & merchandise calculations to reduce the manual workload across merchandisers & increase visibility to products being offered across the Globe. This increased our exclusive offering as a unique selling proposition and highlighted critical deadlines
• Organized the Retail Sales Manager Meeting which included flying hundreds of adidas employees from across the country, managing lodging, transportation, food & fun while the team learned about the new products for the year.
• Collaborated with IT to develop a New Hire check-list specific to Merchandising which fast-tracked set-up creating smoother on-boarding for our team.
