Oversee transaction origination, structuring, due diligence and monitoring for newly established private opportunistic investment firm. Responsible for due diligence process including preparation and presentation of investment materials to senior partners and managing and mentoring junior investment professionals.

Responsible for all aspects of the due diligence process for $3B+ institutional private equity firm and $2B+ family office. Actively engaged in financial and strategic development of portfolio companies, including budgeting, lender relationships and evaluation and implementation of acquisitions and growth capital projects.

Transaction experience includes M&A (buy- and sell-side), restructuring, financing and fairness opinion mandates across a variety of industries (Consumer, Retail, Media, Entertainment, Technology and Energy). Prepared extensive valuation analyses, detailed financial models, investment materials and facilitated buyer due diligence.

Prepared detailed valuation models including DCF, public company comparable, precedent transaction and option pricing models. Performed business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations and intellectual property and asset impairment analyses.
