Use cases included: consumer bill payments, request to pay, faster payments, SMB and healthcare. Most recently I was responsible for the cross-functional leadership of 50+ FTE to build and pilot a new payment rail agnostic (card, ACH, RTP, etc.) consumer bill payment platform, including:
•Capturing voice of the customer to craft the product strategy, driving executive support & $5M+/yr investment.
•Partnering with engineering on product roadmap prioritization and platform build, using Agile development.
•Using Design Thinking to conduct voice of the customer research and develop, then deploy, the ideal UX.
•Establishing strong product leadership and project management, including defining and owning OKRs.
•Leading business development to secure financial institution & biller pilot clients, with several investing $1M+.
