• Worked with a bakery ingredients processor to expand capacity and eliminate overtime. Invented a means of feeding ingredients into large blending units to eliminate downtime and reduce material handling.
• Designed a streamlined material flow layout for a medical packaging printer to reduce material handling and created flow

Consultant providing LEAN expertise in an Administrative and Office Management environment.
• Worked with a leading provider of settlement services (for mass tort, class action and personal injury lawsuits) to identify weak links between disparate systems located in Houston, Dallas, Austin, and Denver. The deliverable was to identify a path forward to rationalize the results of acquiring three separate entities and combining them into one. Made extensive use of process mapping and SIPOC chain.

• Worked with a global infrastructure construction company serving the energy / utilities sectors to improve internal processes and drive cash flow (DSO) to targeted levels. Created visibility management tools to help prevent recurrence of the problem.
• Created a payback analysis for a major Houston area food products supplier pertaining to a potential investment in an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) package.
