Defined the project scope, reviewed government project design and developed a new approach to mitigate risks, then managed the delivery of the project.
• Developed framework for how to engage and shape a digital assistance service, solution set and capacity strengthening offering to governments, through defining high-level services and service packages based on government needs and WFP's comparative advantages.
