• Executing both sell-side and buy-side M&A deals, managing the entire process from pitching to deal signing
• Deliverables include business analysis, market research, competitive landscape assessments, and regulatory environment evaluations, supply chain, technology, and infrastructure analysis. Developed strategies for future organic and inorganic growth
• Crafted marketing and process documents, including pitch books, confidential information memorandums, strategy papers, and management presentations
• Deep experience in financial modelling and valuation, including DCF & LBO methodologies
• Negotiating deals and liaising with various internal and external functional teams, such as legal, tax, accounting, insurance, advisory, and banking teams to facilitate due diligence and negotiation

• Worked with Credit Suisse, a leading global bulge-bracket investment bank, supporting its investment banking activities in the Americas, Europe, India and Singapore
• Key sectors covered include industrials, metals & mining, technology and consumers

• Worked with UBS AG, a leading global bulge-bracket investment bank, on M&A deals across US, UK, Singapore and Hong Kong
