In my role as part of the Communications Integration team at Tetra Pak, here are some of the activities I carried out regularly:
• I wrote news stories and put them on SharePoint so our employees could see them on our internal platforms like the intranet and Viva Engage.
• I worked on a project to update SharePoint pages for all 27 markets.
• I wrote and designed two newsletters—one every three months for one group, and another for South Africa—and laid them out on the Staffbase platform for distribution.
• Made a quarterly report showing analytics about how well our news and content were doing, including likes, comments, and views from PowerBI
• I made sure that the stuff we put out for internal communication was helpful and interesting and encouraged our employees to engage with the content.
• I advised 27 different markets, helping their communication teams plan and put into action internal communication projects well.
