Project manager of technical work-streams (Engineering, Controls, Conveyors) for expedited launch of all-new vehicle assembly line for OEM at contract assembler - launch complete on-time (within 8 months – vs. 24 month typical) and within budget. Other projects included operational assessments, plant consolidations, and development of homegrown ERP system for internal use.

Managed and/or supported variety of projects, including numerous due diligence assessments and transformations of PortCo's for PE clients; Led large scale (multi-site) transformation at motorcycle OEM; other projects including sourcing cost reduction, product strategy, valuation / financial risk analysis and revenue management software development.

Started as analyst for Harbour Report (global manufacturing performance benchmarking report for automotive OEMs). Led development of web/database-driven platform HarbourReport.com and expansion of report into South America and commercial vehicles. Also worked in consulting role on operational assessments, and internal support (IT management, ERP development).

Analyzed (survey) data of manufacturer-supplier business relationships. Managed design and development of web survey engine, greatly reducing lead time and overhead costs of conducting surveys. Programmatically consolidated disparate databases, to improve efficiency and analytics
