• Managed all sales recruiting activities. Wrote job descriptions, purchased and maintained job board placement and attended community events to build a base of candidates. Conducted hundreds of potential applicant phone screens weekly, and held interviews. Coordinated the on-boarding process for new hires. Reported hiring metrics to key stakeholders.

• Defined and scheduled work of the creative team (copywriters, print designers, UX developers, web designers, and front end developers) to complete a website transformation as well as undergraduate and graduate admissions collateral projects.
• Developed freelance vendor pool vetting talent, on-boarding resources, and ensuring seamless contract and invoicing.

• Collaborated with areas within the bank such as wealth management, academic lending and mortgage and marketing COEs including social media, advertising, merchandising, web and direct mail to ensure components of marketing campaigns were written, designed and approved through regulatory process before release to the public.
