Following the acquisition of two of LifeLabs' competitors led a multi-year integration plan which ultimately enhanced synergies by 10% and reduced costs by 8%. with a focus on developing and maintaining the highest levels of quality, reliability, and employee engagement.
Developed and implemented a “5-Year Operation & Business Planning Process” that achieved benchmark productivity and consistently near 100% (IQMH) audits; reduced cost for an automation line by $10 Million in run-rate costs over 5 years.
