Key Achievements:
- Led the global strategy development and overall programme covering OT/IT infrastructure and security, data, execution systems and analytics for Supply Chain of the Future, with $135M in annual recurring savings and $284M confirmed FP&A value delivery
- Created and managed all global tech teams responsible for Agile (Product Owners and Scrum Masters) Tech Engineering, Architecture & Security, Data & Analytics, and Tech Ops and support functions including Performance, Portfolio & Innovation, delivering improved scalability, adoption and overall NPS
- Led Bud Lab, a Tech Explore AI / ML & Robotics capability, managing partnerships from MIT & UofI to start-ups and big tech delivering advanced technology solutions.
Key Achievements:
- Directed the technology portfolio of 240M GBP ($210 Capex; $30 Opex) investment across our global business, including our strategic ExCom sponsored digital business programmes covering Corporate and all Geographies
- Centralised our federated functions into a fully integrated global model from 7 regions and >400 people into a unified portfolio and global team of ~250 colleagues within a period of 8 months
- Managed company tech integration within 11 months from initial ABI offer as per regulatory commitments, and the carve out of disposed businesses agreed as terms of the deal.
Key achievements:
- Partnered the above market functions of Commercial, Operations, Finance, Procurement and HR and forged strong ExCo relationships to deliver a business led, IT enabled end-to-end transformation. The outcomes were subsequently used as the blueprint for the Group CIO led overall globalisation agenda
- Accountable for overall Europe IT Operations, ensuring IT confidentiality, integrity and availability across all European markets to both wholly owned and JV businesses.
Laterally I led client engagements, responsible for all aspects of account management from sales, through project execution and successful handover for lasting change management.
