Served as the ServiceNow, Service Manager, Asset Manager SME and developer for a major insurance carrier.
ServiceNow – Migrated Incident, Request, Problem, Change and Configuration Management processes from HPE/Micro Focus Service Manager to ServiceNow. This also involved implementing data synchronization processes between platforms for one-time loads and on-going data synchronization while both new and old systems were in use.

Led a multi-year Peregrine Enterprise Systems Management program that consisted of four subprojects – Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and Asset Management. Duties include client relationship management, management of consulting team, overall system architecture development, system integration, project scope, team, timeline and budget development, project oversight.
