My responsibilities include building and updating financial models, creating investor reporting materials, managing diligence for M&A and capital raise deals, and many other finance related tasks. I have worked with various clients in the media and technology space including many SaaS companies. I am efficient, responsive, and can easily adapt to meet client needs.

I was a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey's TMT group (promoted from associate). I have significant deal experience, having worked on over 15 live transactions. I am highly involved in all stages of a transaction: (i) drafting marketing materials (teasers, CIMs, management presentations, datarooms) (ii) building detailed operating financial models (iii) responding to buyer/investor diligence requests (iv) analyzing bid letters/term sheets (v) managing confirmatory due diligence.

I spent 3 years as an analyst in Bank of America's TMT group. I built detailed DCF, LBO and M&A financial models, as well as public comparable companies analyses. I was a key deal team member and was responsible for drafting due diligence lists, participating in due diligence sessions, preparing documentation for internal committee meetings and attending drafting sessions. worked closely with managers, vice presidents and associates and coordinated processes with teams from other groups.
