Led 8-member Portfolio Management (“PM) team, essentially the HQ-level operations arm of Logicor, a €15.4bn GAV European logistics real estate company generating €665m in NOI with ~21m sqm of GLA under management (incl 7.5m GLA from 3rd-party AUM), reporting to firmwide COO. Sat on firmwide investment committee making all major asset management, investment, and risk exposure decisions. Responsibilities included all aspects of portfolio performance analysis and forecasting, capital allocation and recycling (i.e. disposal and acquisition strategy across 17 countries), reviewing property asset management planning and implementation (maintenance and accretive capex, ESG upgrades, etc.) training of PM team as well as dotted-line reports from 19 regional offices, improving leasing volume and economics in coordination with local asset management teams, and achieving more efficient operations through business process systematisation.
