Managed the Home Visit Program, conducting post-discharge assessments for all mothers and infants 3-5 days after delivery. Effectively served a diverse population, including the Amish community.

Conducted home-based assessments in collaboration with the local county health department to support at-risk families in accessing essential services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, BCMH, and WIC. Additionally, I have performed home visit assessments for newborns and mothers involved in home births, ensuring they receive the care and resources they need.

Delivered comprehensive care and education across all aspects of the maternal-child unit, including antepartum, labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and C-section (pre-op, intraop, post-op) as well as nursery care.
