- Accountable to lead, support and enable cross-functional teams to deliver against short and long term strategic initiatives in order to to achieve the company’s: growth targets, fulfillment service levels, customer experience expectations and budgets
- Engage with business stakeholders, by partnering with the operations leads and strategic Subject Matter Experts to understand strategic objectives, initiatives, pain points and needs for transforming HBC’s Supply Chain
- Apply project management methodologies and best practices to the project portfolio through developing and maintaining all project documentation
- Provide ad-hoc support to the executive leadership as needed on strategic analysis,
business case development, preparing executive level presentations and other activities related to new initiatives

- Work closely with clients to systematize their organizations by creating optimized processes and work flows
- Assist with global sales strategy and assortment review by developing assets and leading outreach efforts through: gifting, trade shows, wholesale vendors and influencers
- Ecommerce audit and recommendations including advice on internal policy development such as shipping/returns and wholesale agreements
- Provide advice and oversight regarding all partnership opportunities and contract negotiations

- Spearheaded key strategic initiatives including identifying growth markets & opportunities in: Asia, Europe & Russia
- Managed company resources and budgets and ran the business day-to-day by producing sound operating plans
