Responsible for authoring the Nike Workplace Experience (NWX) strategy for the Nike Americas region including Nike World Headquarters, Nike New York, Nike Los Angeles, and Converse locations touching over 25,000 employees.
§ Responsible for co-authoring the Nike Workplace “Return to Home Turf” strategy covering the end-to-end Covid reemergence process, timelines, and strategy.

Responsible for accelerating the sales of EMEA and USA OMNI retailers while bringing the best of Nike to power their business. Overseeing the initiation, negotiation, and completion of a portfolio of digital and physical human-centered design projects with multiple stakeholder involvement.

Acted as the Western European “COO” of marketplace elevation across 15 countries. Managed a decentralized team of 6 responsible for driving over 700 digital and brick and mortar projects with investments resulting in sales revenue uplift of +$86M per year.

Acted as the Jordan Brand EMEA strategist, developing short- and long-term strategic plans and driving execution in line with the Nike Inc. financial model. Worked within the matrix organization influencing targets and ensuring fact-based business decisions focused on profitability.

Owned the seasonal sourcing strategy for a $1.5B category and maximized profitability by ensuring duty preferential, balancing the factory load, and managing the seasonal product margin plan. Aligned the source strategy and margin plan with various initiatives across categories operations.
§ Recognized as the first manager to exceed margin targets for eight consecutive seasons and balancing design team and product creation center interests while mentoring a team of 3 Analysts.

Led global projects in Turkey, Czech Republic, and USA designed to identify business risks and areas for improvement. Advised on the implementation of remedial actions and process re-engineering in line with strategic objectives and legal compliance (SOX 404 and GAAP).
