Integral member of the team which created the Havas-Vencore joint venture, which develops commercial strategy for pharmaceutical companies by applying big-data tools to massive datasets (insurance claims, population health).
Accomplishments include spearheading one of FTI Communications’ 10 largest projects, for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and delivering global research across customers, investors, policymakers, and the public for Transocean’s recovery from the BP gulf oil spill.
Additionally, served as a core member of the firm’s Private Equity team.
Accomplishments include establishing a strategic consulting perspective within ORC, ultimately winning with clients such as GM, AT&T, Microsoft, BP, Boise, Cadbury’s, Medtronic, and many others across industry verticals. • Increased group sales from $2 million to $15 million.
Accomplishments include developing market entry plans for a software provider’s entry into industry “vertical” segments and leading the strategic analysis of the joint venture of two global telecoms companies; the companies eventually pursued a merger focused on business services.
Developed the firm’s methodologies for product and service commercialization and customer profitability. Led key projects including early applications of big data methods in telecommunications and leading the team supporting the United Nations’ / ITU’s Telecom 99.
