- The Agile Lean transformations for two large Financial Services groups (FMIs), a leading global HR services group and a leading Biotech group
- The Digital transformation for a leading European banking group
- The Sustainability transformation programs for a leading global manufacturing group and a leading Biotech group

Responsible for the Industry 4.0 transformation, bringing DuPont to world class performance in Digital and Sustainability.

Leading the global Center of Excellence across all of DuPont's >100 manufacturing sites, > 500 contract manufacturers.

The Center of Excellence covers all of our Maintenance and Reliability, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Digital and Analytics and Contract Manufacturing work.

Led Liberty Mutual's Lean, Digital and Innovation transformation programs. Generated > 60 Mln USD in run rate savings within 18 months of launching the Lean and Digital program. Created three profitable spin-offs from the Innovation program.

Roeland led and supported multiple teams of consultants implementing large-scale performance transformations and M&A programs in Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Transport and Technology groups.

During his career at McKinsey&Company, Roeland led more than 10 large scale Automation (Digital), Lean and Operational Excellence transformation programs and 4 large global merger programs.

Two of the Operational Excellence programs led by Roeland were recognized as global showcase sites.
