This included presenting sessions on the overall structure and culture of the organization, and on more specific topics such as: the responsibilities of individual employees, selection, career development, compensation, coaching, performance reviews, economic thinking, decision-making, and customized sessions. I also trained new consults, developed new material, and worked one-on-one with leaders and supervisors.

Responsibility for submission of comments on proposed regulations to government agencies, as well as publishing articles in law reviews, special interest magazines, and various other publications and journals. The Federal Government ended up withdrawing every regulation commented on, and the other published literature was later cited in both judicial opinions and subsequent law review articles.
