Lead the expansion of Cold Chain Packaging Company, ColdTech Systems (CTS), into Colombia, South America from Operations in Panama, Mexico and Brazil. CTS was the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of Softbox Systems, a Great Point Partners (GPP) Company. Under my leadership, we accomplished the following:
• Initiate, establish and grow commercial operations. Recruit a local commercial manager. Start commercial interactions with J&J, Merck, Sanofi, GSK, BMS and others, and covert into growth clients
• Build Product Development capabilities in country
• Evaluate and select 3rd Party Logistics Provider (3PL/4PL) to establish manufacturing and logistics services
• Establish supplier base for key component and materials in country
CTS expansion efforts led to the acquisition of the business by the Private Equity owned enterprise, GPP, in the Fall of 2018.
