• State Medicaid/Medicare Transformation Program: Co-led a Program Management Office focused on supporting 17 workstreams for a $4B project transforming how services are provided statewide. Stood up Implementation Oversight office to work across business units and capability areas to analyze policy implications and standardize/implement and maintain project management practices and reporting.
• State Department of Labor: Served as Assistant Executive Director and stood up a cross-department PMO and team to address issues causing compliance problems. With no transparency, standard processes or bridge between IT and the business, Amanda led the PMO team and IT Delivery team that delivered 200 IT projects and eliminated a 13-month backlog.

•Led a team to identify and develop predictive analytics and reporting for new product for Medicare and Medicaid modular offerings
