Zumartech is an IT consultancy and advisory services provider that I started in 2020 to provide specialized Project/Program Management and ERP implementation staff augmentation services. My work has been marked by spearheading transformative cloud-based solutions in HCM and ERP systems, strategically navigating the complexities of large-scale digital transformations, ensuring seamless integration and process optimization. Served as the Program Manager of Oracle Fusion
Cloud implementation of 30+ modules across HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Enterprise Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS), Customer Experience (CX), and Transportation management. I successfully lead this highly complex project that included a large internal team of 110+ members as well as 30+ members from the System Integrator.

As a Director in Enterprise Applications Strategy & Integration (EAS&I) service line of GT, I was responsible for managing delivery of a portfolio of Enterprise wide systems implementations of Oracle Cloud Applications, for clients in various domains. Typically, the project budgets ranged from 3 to 10 million USD. Moreover, I played leadership role in practice building by leading internal process improvement activities and enhancing project delivery tools and techniques.

As a Director for ERP projects, I was responsible for managing the delivery of Oracle Cloud Applications
implementations for clients in mid-market and up-market domain. This was a senior and strategic leadership role where I effectively managed and delivered Oracle Cloud Implementation projects that typically ranged from 2 to 4 million USD.

As HR Systems IT Manager at Towers Watson, I was responsible for leading a team of systems analysts who were responsible for end-to-end support of Towers Watson’s Enterprise HCM and third party systems. In this role, I was the key liaison between all of the HR Corporate departments, Technical teams, and Implementation partner (Accenture). I also managed close interaction with third party vendors and my team was supporting close to 170 interfaces with third party vendors.

At NuAxis, I was responsible for re-implementation and support of the Global IT Service Desk System for National Park Service (NPS), an agency of US Department of Interior. The system supported over 25000 NPS employees and ensured business continuity by providing a robust IT availability, change, and release management system. After starting in this role, I initiated and complete overhaul of the IT service desk system utilizing ITIL best practices to get NPS the best return on its investment.

As a Senior HR Transformation Consultant at Deloitte, I had an active hands-on involvement in various Oracle ERP implementations. I effectively led individual areas of end-to-end project life cycle on various implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing training and go-live support.

As an Oracle HRMS Consultant at Optima Technology Partners, I worked primarily as a functional consultant on a number of Oracle HRMS implementations. Main responsibilities included requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support of one or more Oracle HRMS modules.
