Analyzed potential investments by leading due diligence, creating valuation and financial models, drafting investment committee memos and negotiating transaction documents. Completed three private equity investments across multiple emerging markets with additional experience in debt and mezzanine instruments. Also served as board observer for start-up portfolio company in the water treatment sector.

Supported sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory transactions for middle market companies in the financial technology, enterprise software and information services sectors. The work entailed creating financial models and writing information memoranda that positioned companies for acquisition. I also helped senior bankers source new sell-side mandates from company management teams and entrepreneurs.

Provided quantitative, analytic and deal execution support to senior bankers covering municipal infrastructure. Significant focus on analyzing water utilities, power utilities and ports and airports. During my time in the group, I built financial models and created rating agency and investor presentations for 7 new bond issues representing over $1.9 billion in principal.
