-distressed debt transactions (sell- & buy-side lead advice on disposals of non- & sub-performing loan portfolios, large/repossessed tickets, servicing platforms)
• Performing different valuation and business modelling approaches.
• Managing various M&A and capital raise transactions

Evaluation of investment opportunities across numerous industries
• Portfolio management responsibilities and lead transaction advisor to the firm’s Managing Directors
• Performing financial & business analysis, detailed industry research and performance measurement
• Identify new business opportunities, structure & negotiate detailed terms of a transaction and coordinate transaction closing
