As an HR leader, I had a dual role supporting business leaders, managers and employees as a Sr. HR Business Partner of over 500 employees globally in technical and non-technical roles in the India Stores organization. Up until May, I had a hybrid role as an HR Program Manager and Sr. HRBP. In the HRPM role, I supported our LATAM Regional HRBPs in global HR program initiatives that elevated and accelerated our region. I had close weekly collaboration with central HR teams to close gaps between our Emerging Market and established markets HR offerings.
