• Performed a due diligence on two target companies in the O&G industry in Mexico for a US based PE

• Led a cross functional team to identify bottom line improvement opportunities (defined and prioritized over 30 initiatives) and managed strategic sourcing projects up to contract drafting

• Carried out an Organizational re-design project for a purchasing organization with over 120 members in 16 offices across the country and helped define the Corporate Procurement area’s strategy
• Led 5 different projects within one year, resulting in more than $4MM annual savings for the client

• Worked in 4 different Strategic Sourcing engagements for one of the largest banks and a leading Food and Beverage company in Mexico achieving savings of over $1.5 MM dollars in IT related and packaging categories
