• Project Manager & Business Analyst – Finance Operations Vendor Portal & Robotic Process Automation Managed the end-to-end deployment of and co-designed a vendor portal solution for a multi-national media and entertainment company. In parallel, managed the analysis, design, build, and test phases of a robotic process automation deployment across key Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay processes. For both projects, I helped establish project standards, defined a repeatable testing approach, and served as the point of contact for keeping executive leadership informed of process status, issues, and risks.

• Project Lead Partnered with the client to conduct an As-Is assessment of current-state Purchase-to-Pay processes and enabling technology. This resulted in the development of 25 initiatives focused on change management, process improvement, and technology to address $100M+ in backlogged invoices and transform their Purchase-to-Pay operations. These initiatives removed ~$15M in excess cost and were projected to generate $20M of annual recurring value over a 5-year period.
• Program Manager Led a cross-functional and distributed team of 30+ resources (NA, EMEA, APAC) through design, build, test, and deployment of Ariba Cloud (Source-to-Pay, Guided Buying and Supply Chain Collaboration) to over 90 countries in 18 months. The success of this program was underpinned by a strong change management approach that drove adoption and enabled the client to achieve annual recurring savings of ~$100M.
