My role at IPL (in London) was split over two years (total time at IPL was over four years). The first year was dedicated to establishing the subsidiary office in London and reaching profitability. Primary objectives were accomplished and my responsibilities as MD were transitioned to another executive. The second year I focused exclusively on Consulting Programmes.
