▪ Served as interim director for a 15-person business analytics team for a $4B line of business at an F200 life sciences company. Restructured the team, hired new talent, implemented a task management system, instituted best practices, and aligned expectations with stakeholders. Contract extended three times.
▪ Guided the implementation and adoption of Databricks on AWS for a $4B line of business at a separate F500 pharmaceutical company, accelerating user acceptance of the new platform and enabling advanced modeling. Established data governance and advised on architecture.
▪ Led a cloud migration from an on-prem MS SQL data warehouse with thousands of tables to Azure Databricks lakehouse while concurrently migrating hundreds of ETL jobs from multiple Alteryx instances to Azure Data Factory (ADF). Mapped the architecture and implemented data lineage.

- Implemented an accountability program for 60 hospitals by working directly with hospital CEOs/CFOs under legislatively mandated deadlines, ensuring that Medicaid was the payer of last resort for $504M in annual expenditures.
