VP in ContourGlobal's (UK-listed independent power producer) M&A / Business Development Team, with my main tasks being leading acquisitions or development projects for the company. Furthermore, I was in charge of the Analyst team managing up to 4 people.

Deals include:
- Acquisition of a Spanish 250 MW CSP Portfolio from Acciona (~ USD 1bn) and subsequent sale of a minority share to Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners
- ContourGlobal IPO on the LSE in 2017

Strategic and financial advisory to Activum SG, a German private equity fund, on the restructuring of its portfolio company Formart GmbH, a residential real estate developer acquired from Hochtief AG.

I worked on various origination and execution projects on the buy- and sell side. My main tasks included the preparation of origination documents (Pitch Books) and the preparation of transaction related documents (Teaser, Information Memorandum etc.), the day-to-day project management, management of internal and external communication, as well as the valuation of companies using various methodologies (DCF, LBO, Multiples).
