At W.L. Gore & Associates, I serve as the Change and Communication Manager for the Quality Assurance Transformation program. My primary role is to lead change management efforts that support the reinvention of quality processes and the implementation of a global electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). Iām responsible for developing and executing integrated change and communication strategies, creating stakeholder engagement plans, delivering training and communications, and monitoring key adoption metrics.
I work closely with business and functional leaders to ensure that change initiatives are not only implemented but sustained over time. In addition to leading specific project-level change activities, I also coach and mentor team members on change management best practices, helping to build internal capability. Overall, my role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution.

I helped the audit teams with change ā everything from planning and delivering communications and training to measuring how well changes were being adopted. I worked on some big projects, like implementing a new audit platform and Agile methods, and led initiatives like the Audit Innovation Challenge to get people involved in shaping the future of audit. Part of my job also involved creating best practices and training new team members.

Additionally, I supported the team that decided on which projects to pursue by analyzing new projects and figuring out if they were ready to start.
