• Ensures monthly end closings and related deliverables are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Oversee the policies and procedures for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, make recommendations for strengthening controls and providing efficiencies, ensure that the controls are being performed, remediate gaps or exceptions and work with internal and/or external parties to assist with other compliance efforts.
