Led a 30-member team responsible for contracting, provider engagement, clinical services, and technology. Develop Medicare Advantage and Director-to-Employer preferred partnerships with key payers and employers. Achieved 4.5 Medicare Advantage Stars and 2% MLR reduction in the second year of operations.
