• Created, scaled, and led Bain's first in-house global talent sourcing capability that provided strategic talent market research and insights to enable Bain's global recruiting teams to make data-driven decisions at the front-end of the funnel ‣ In 1st 12 months post-launch, the capability identified 70+ prospects who received offers and saved ~$5M in agency spend
• Managed in-house client requests, team capacity, and monitored pipeline throughput, as well as search status and progress KPIs

• Led executive recruiting for McKinsey Solutions (an in-house incubator of SaaS startups) as well as for multiple McKinsey consulting practices

• Conducted all research-related and candidate development activities, such as competitive landscape analysis, research strategy development, and candidate identification/screening for more than 50 searches in the media & entertainment, health care, non-profit, and interactive marketing sectors
• Served as interim Director of Research for boutique digital marketing agency to train research staff on competitive analyses methods and tools and conduct web analytic projects for clients
