Oversaw PeaceTech Lab's daily operations and played a major role in helping to establish the Lab as a new non-profit organization, collaborating with the CEO, board of directors (as asst secretary/treasurer) and partners. Led business development, programs, operations and finance teams. Represented the Lab as a speaker, event panelist and moderator, and frequent spokesperson.

Led a team of public affairs specialists to manage the self-sustaining government agency's reputation and public engagement activities with influencers and key stakeholders. She also created a robust digital communication program through a revamped website, influential social media channels and targeted organic search.
