As a TPG growth portfolio company, I was responsible for integrating the inorganic growth of the company and managing the startup or organic growth. Achieved ~$125m in top line growth, servicing 43 new facilities via 10 hospital contracts won through request for proposal and 26 contracts assumed in 4 acquisitions of independent provider groups. Developed the process and playbook for executing transitions and integrations, including the setup of a PMO, creation of detailed
project plans.
