Co-founded Producore to address the structural gap between product strategy and engineering execution. Created and deliver the firm’s core delivery frameworks: Requirements Maturation Flow (RMF), PKB-Driven Development (PKBDD), and a suite of BDD-based programs. These systems reduce rework, clarify scope, and support the delivery of high-stakes capabilities with traceability and confidence. Serve as a fractional product and delivery architect for clients across finance, media, telecom, and embedded systems. Design maturity models, coach cross-functional teams, and implement readiness and completion gating practices. These frameworks were deliberately architected to also support the longer research and design cycles of UX and UI design teams—ensuring they're no longer treated as downstream add-ons—without losing agility. Managed the Agile Coaching Team, introduced maturity metrics for team health and organizational agility, and developed a capacity planning framework that integrated team velocity with financial and portfolio planning. Established capital tracking practices tied to story points for R\&D tax accounting.
