● Change Management for Software Applications
• Vetted and procured the software solution to integrate climate change impact analysis as part of global property acquisition and divestment efforts. In collaboration with Legal, Enterprise IT, and International Portfolio Management conducted a Privacy Impact Assessment, Security Compliance Check, and developed a measurement and reporting framework.
• Procured and deployed mobile phone application for 500 Operational employees to work safely while working alone (after hours, confined space locations, etc). Worked collaboratively with Procurement, Operational Leadership, Human Resources and Security to integrate app usage within pre-existing business processes.
