● Change Management for Software Applications
• Vetted and procured the software solution to integrate climate change impact analysis as part of global property acquisition and divestment efforts. In collaboration with Legal, Enterprise IT, and International Portfolio Management conducted a Privacy Impact Assessment, Security Compliance Check, and developed a measurement and reporting framework.
• Procured and deployed mobile phone application for 500 Operational employees to work safely while working alone (after hours, confined space locations, etc). Worked collaboratively with Procurement, Operational Leadership, Human Resources and Security to integrate app usage within pre-existing business processes.

International Language Schools of Canada
• Managed the operation of 200,000 square feet of educational facilities spread over 8 campuses in the downtown core of Vancouver including overseeing all vendor relations and leases.
• Led the creation of a brand standard for education facilities in consultation with the school executives that was rolled out to the global campuses in Australia, India, Canada and the United States.
• Reduced energy consumption by 27% in the first 3 years which resulted in $45,000 in annual savings

• Conducted research on the behaviours, norms and values of power line technicians at BC Hydro for the purpose of improving the organization's safety record.
• Authored sustainability reports for Vancouver based mining companies with operations in Latin America using the Global Reporting Initiative standard.
• Authored a report with the BC Provincial Government Climate Change Secretariat on best practices in municipal government climate change adaptation practices, policies, and programs.
• Conducted materiality assessments with internal and external stakeholders to refresh the Sustainability Strategy for institutionally backed North American real estate companies.
• Refreshed the University of Cape Town Foundation's philanthropic approach by partnering with key stakeholders at the university and the Red Cross War Memorial Hospital to provide paediatric care through a mobile health clinic that services outlying townships.

• Created a national auto recycling program for a Toronto based non profit organization in partnership with the Government of Canada, Ford Canada and the Automotive Recyclers of Canada. The program results included accounting for 23% of Ford Canada's national sales and removing 7500 higher polluting vehicles from the roads in the first three months of the program.
