Directed a team which designed and implemented a national roll-out of a new delivery system, which included new hand-held computers, and the installation of the Territory Planner, Roadnet, and Fleetloader softwares. Responsibilities included re-engineering the routing and delivery pipeline, designing IT interfaces for the new software, developing training materials, and leading the field implementation teams.

Provided technical consulting in the areas of supply-chain management, routing and dispatching system implementation, and process re-engineering for several “Fortune 1000” companies.

Directed process improvement and best practice implementation activities for HQ group managing 300+ locations. Created training materials and implementation programs to standardize key supply-chain activities.
