● Led a 6-person to team to perform an assessment of a superregional bank. Assessment included all business lines across retail and commercial banking resulting in a comparative maturity assessment across enterprise capabilities. Designed a target state operating model for the enterprise to prepare the organization for their strategic goals for a more digital environment.
• Organizational Structure and Strategic Initiative Assessment –
● Conducted a strategic value assessment of current initiatives across 20 lines of business and 15 geographic areas for a top-5 US Bank. Developed a roadmap, enhanced governance model and new organizational structure to better align organizational goals to in-flight initiatives relating to their technical capabilities.
