• Led cross-divisional Loss Analysis of $2B Energy Mega Deal, resulting in valuable findings and recommendations; gained buy-in of senior management to implement specific changes in go-to-market approach, organizational and operational structure, and quotation development for bidding future Mega Deals.
• Co-led commercial strategy for $1B/$100M IPP projects in Thailand and Nigeria, including risk evaluation.
• Assessed Healthcare division’s strategic and operational procurement processes and co-led 6-member team that developed and implemented strategy for reducing spend in two commodities leading to 5M+ in savings and sustainable tools to monitor and improve future procurement activities.
• Managed and supported 12-member cross functional team in vehicle assembly process, manufacturing engineering, and procurement activities for building a new assembly plant with lean operational principals.
• Co-developed detailed financial model for plant operating expenses, production ramp, and plant economics.

• Selected as first person ‘on the ground’ to learn, improve, and implement GM’s new supply chain strategy.
