Run day to day operations, establishing policies and procedures, choosing vendors, and preparing the fund for a January 2019.

Lead IR and Marketing teams for NASDAQ:REXI, a $22 billion AUM asset manager, and NYSE:RSO, a $2+ billion AUM Mortgage REIT. AUM spans disparate business lines, including commercial and residential real estate, sub-investment grade credit, middle market loans, BDCs, CDOs, non-traded REITs, securitized products, and alternative assets.

Conducted primary research on products in various industries; modeled data, and analyzed outcomes to identify trends to make the best investment decisions for the fund. Evaluated companies for long/short, merger arbitrage, and strategic options based on fundamentals, capital structure analysis, regulatory analysis, and detailed financial modeling. Recommended positions based on risk factors and macroeconomic inputs.
