• Recruited by Image Resources to work at Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) by IT Resources to manage projects within the FDC's Technology Restoration Plan (TRP), a program to modernize 141 applications serving Correctional Institutions and Community Corrections.
• Leading the Photo Management application replacement in use across the FDC enterprise at 143 facilities across institutions and community corrections. This involves replacing 20-year-old systems and moving the application to the secure Azure Gov Cloud. The system will be used daily to photograph inmates and offenders which number 88,000 and 146,000 respectively.
• Leading the FDC Agency Readiness for the Florida Statewide Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) project. PALM is replacing the state's current mainframe system for Accounting and Payroll to Peoplesoft. This includes designing an agency specific data warehouse and remediation 26 agency business systems.

• Corning Incorporated is a global technology company that develops and manufactures specialty glass, ceramics, and related materials including advanced optics, primarily for industrial and scientific applications. Recruited from my prior consulting role with Corning in Global Manufacturing Cybersecurity to join as an employee to manage large, complex IT programs. • Corning Incorporated – Global Manufacturing Cybersecurity Program - Led combined IT/Manufacturing Technology Program to create cybersecurity perimeter across 50 global manufacturing sites. Established Cybersecurity Policy Development process using Agile techniques which were then automated using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This included deploying project resources to each site several time for furnish, install, and lockdown of the secure network perimeter.
