• Recruited by Image Resources to work at Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) by IT Resources to manage projects within the FDC's Technology Restoration Plan (TRP), a program to modernize 141 applications serving Correctional Institutions and Community Corrections.
• Leading the Photo Management application replacement in use across the FDC enterprise at 143 facilities across institutions and community corrections. This involves replacing 20-year-old systems and moving the application to the secure Azure Gov Cloud. The system will be used daily to photograph inmates and offenders which number 88,000 and 146,000 respectively.
• Leading the FDC Agency Readiness for the Florida Statewide Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) project. PALM is replacing the state's current mainframe system for Accounting and Payroll to Peoplesoft. This includes designing an agency specific data warehouse and remediation 26 agency business systems.
