Most Recent Engagement with Graphite: $775m M&A Integration: Top 20 Natural Gas Producer in the US. The first half of the project I supported the Corporate Communications function as Project Manager, Content Development, & Comms Deployment for all internal and external comms across 26 workstreams. Coordinated Cross-Functional Leads & Stakeholders, activities, timelines, and milestones. Built a Communications Inventory for source of truth and replicatable template. The second half of the project I supported the VP of IT as interim Chief of Staff and Program Manager for a handful of initiatives including: Enterprise Systems/ERP Strategy Assessment, SCADA Systems Strategy Assessment, Monthly Executive Leadership IT Governance Meetings, Vendor Relationship Management Process & Value/Cost Analysis, and build out (rollout) of new Monthly IT & Data Operations Report.
