Served as an internal management consultant and executive advisor in TSA's Office of Human Capital. Worked closely with the Strategic Workforce Planning group in OHC in developing a Human Capital/Business Integration approach and tool set, facilitating planning sessions with Program Offices, and analyzing data and recommending solutions. Business partner responsible for a first-of-its-kind organization design consultative relationship with the Federal Air Marshals Service.

Led the Federal Organizational Strategies Service Offering (counterpart to National OS), responsible for developing business, managing the portfolio of Federal organization strategies projects, developing and sourcing staff, etc. Led and/or served as an SME on numerous organization design and human capital-related projects, e.g., with DoD, ATF, FBI, EPA, Justice Management Division, EOUSA, etc. Played a senior leadership role in the Federal Human Capital Practice.

Started as a Consultant and was promoted several times to Sr. Manager. Led the Human Capital Solution's Organization Design Competency Area, developing the Public Services' methodology and tool kit, and managing a "sub-practice" for organization design work. Led, served as SME, and participated in numerous organization design and human capital projects, including with OPEC, CDC, Army, Air Force, Navy, Patent and Trademark, US Parole Commission, Yale University, US Forest Service, etc.

Key member of team developing and analyzing locational analysis models for IRS. Proficient in ArcGIS and VBA. Also developed and analyzed surveys related to workload and workforce data, and supported the DC Government's efforts to evaluate preparedness for Y2K.
