Ezra's mission is to detect cancer early for everyone in the world. In my role I work on creating the roadmap and developing and deploying the resources that will enable us to achieve our objectives over the next 24 months.

s Head of the Mid-Atlantic Region, I oversee 13 assisted living communities across 3 states (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware), managing all aspects of strategy, operations, sales, and leadership recruitment. In this role, I lead 15 direct reports and 675 other employees.

As Senior Director of Strategy & Business Development, I served as a key member of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, collaborating with C-level management on a variety of sales, marketing, and operational initiatives.

• Led the development and establishment of e-commerce platform to its open beta launch in April 2013
• Coordinated a majority of the initiatives in the setup and, launch of the business as well as daily execution (hiring of team, pitching to investors, working with developers, on-boarding vendors)

• Third party logistics provider for companies engaged in global trade
• Lead the acquisition and maintenance of two key accounts which accounted for nearly $1mm in annual revenue in first 12 months since launch

• Performed detailed financial statement analyses for M&A, equity and debt capital raises, share repurchases and other forms of recapitalizations for life and health and property casualty insurers based in the U.S. and Europe.
• Conducted buy-side due diligence, legal document review and asset diligence for a number of processes
• Structured a wide variety of transactions for clients aimed at managing balance sheet risks and/or regulatory capital
• Presented frequently to clients
