Lead a global team of Industrial & Facility Engineers for new plant design setup and current plants expansion, drive worldwide plants capacity and productivity improvement. Establish and maintain Global Mfg. Industrial Engineering / Facility Engineering related standards and deploy in global manufacturing sites.
Establish, maintain and deploy Global Mfg Lean production system, to continuously improve Global supply chain serviceability, quality, cost reduction.
