Scoped out new potential market opportunities and led the operational launch of two new product lines. Joined the Exec Team reporting to the CEO. Transitioned the team to remote working due to coronavirus; played a supporting role in fundraising for our Series B; project/interim management and internal comms. Built the People Function to a team of 9 covering Talent Acquisition, Development & Engagement, and People Ops.
